BISHOP DORRIEN SAYS “YES”

Thursday 26th September saw a deputation from C.M.D.C. visit the Bishop’s Residence in Carmarthen where they were welcomed by Dorrien Davies, Bishop of St Davids.
 
The occasion was to present the C.M.D.C. Chaplain’s Scarf (Tippet) to the Bishop on his agreeing to become the Choir’s Chaplain, a position vacant for some time.
 
The scarf, presented by Vice Chairman Gwynlais Phillips, was graciously received by the Bishop who professed himself highly honoured and pledged his wholehearted support for the choir.
